TRUSTEQ Advisory Board

TRUSTEQ GmbH has experienced significant growth over the past year and has continued to evolve its processes and strategic direction. To secure this growth sustainably, we have established the TRUSTEQ Advisory Board. As a strategic advisory and oversight body, it provides external perspectives, supports high‑level decision‑making, and strengthens our long‑term viability through deep expertise and targeted innovation support.

Dr. Christian Bielefeld

Head of Advisory Board

Dr. Christian Bielefeld brings over 25 years of experience in senior positions, including as a member of the executive board at the VHV Group and the SIGNAL IDUNA Group, and as a partner at McKinsey. We are delighted to have found the ideal candidate for the position of chairman in him. His focus on end-to-end perspectives and the optimization of the “magic triangle” of growth, productivity, and cost management has had a significant impact on the transformation of numerous companies.

Christian lives with his family in the northern Ruhr area. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to discover new countries and participating in sports. He is also fascinated by historic “combustion engine” cars and mechanical watches.

Torsten Klein

Chief Executive Officer, Marketing Lead

Torsten is responsible for the strategic management of TRUSTEQ GmbH and leads the Marketing department. He focuses on technology, process, and organizational consulting in the financial services industry.

Torsten lives with his family in Munich. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, sports, sailing, and the mountains.

Morten Hohnschild

Managing Director, Croatia Location Lead

As Managing Director, Morten is also responsible for TRUSTEQ's Croatia location. He has been working in management consulting for more than 20 years, primarily in the energy and financial services sectors. His consulting focus is on planning business IT transformations with digital innovation and agile organizational change, as well as managing large-scale projects.

At home in Bonn, Morten enjoys spending his free time with his family, cooking, doing sports, or delving into history.

Dr. André Schweizer

Managing Director, Chief Recruiting Officer (CRO) & Head Of Artificial Intelligence Service Pillar

André is Managing Director and Partner responsible for the Recruiting and Artificial Intelligence divisions at TRUSTEQ GmbH. André combines research experience (including stints at Fraunhofer and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology) with consulting expertise and entrepreneurial know-how as the founder of several startups. At TRUSTEQ, he leads his team in supporting some of the world's largest companies in leveraging and implementing AI to their advantage. André lives in Stuttgart with his wife and their son.

TRUSTEQ Croatia

Maroje Ljutic

Managing Director Croatia

Maroje is responsible for building up our units in Croatia. With 15 years of experience in IT team building as well as profound market and cultural knowledge, he serves as a strong cultural bridge between DACH companies and tech experts.

Maroje lives with his family in Zurich and regularly commutes to Zagreb. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing ball sports, or watching documentaries.

Artur Rösch

Head Of Cybersecurity

Artur is responsible for cybersecurity at TRUSTEQ. Together
with his team, he plans individual cyber-related strategies and implements them for our clients. In addition to his expertise in cybersecurity, Artur has extensive experience in IT consulting, software development, and the startup world. These diverse skills enable him to develop innovative and practical solutions tailored to the individual needs of our clients.

Artur lives in Munich, where he enjoys doing sports, reading, or working on DIY projects.

Laurent Hernández

Head of Technology Transformation & Data, Operations Lead

Laurent leads the "Technology Transformation & Data" service pillar at TRUSTEQ. With 18 years of experience in management consulting and the insurance industry, he supports our clients in planning and managing transformation programs and contributes his expertise to align IT with business objectives. At the same time, Laurent oversees Operations at TRUSTEQ, including our sustainability initiatives.

Laurent lives with his family in Munich and spends his free time in nature, both summer and winter, engaging in endurance sports or supporting social projects.

Felix Jackmann

Head of Cloud Engineering & Infrastructure Lead

Felix leads the Cloud service pillar at TRUSTEQ. With a strong focus on cloud architecture, cloud‑native development, cloud transformation, and microservice‑based software engineering, he drives the strategic evolution of the IT landscape to enable companies to use cloud technologies in a flexible and scalable way. Felix is also responsible for TRUSTEQ's infrastructure and, together with his team, takes care of our IT landscape.

Felix lives in Bonn and spends his free time on the road bike, trail running, or making music — whether on guitar, drums, or at concerts.

Sven Herrmann

Partner & HR Lead

As Partner and HR Lead at TRUSTEQ, Sven oversees the strategic consulting business, the Human Resources department, and key accounts in the insurance sector. He draws on 25 years of leadership experience in consulting, insurance, and banking.

Sven lives in Munich. In his free time, he enjoys going downhill—on a mountain bike in summer and skis in winter.

Petra Ozimek

Senior HR Advisor

With over 30 years of experience in strategic human and organizational development, Petra Ozimek, as a Senior HR Advisor, supports the management of TRUSTEQ in shaping a future-oriented, value-based corporate culture. Her focus is on placing people at the center of change processes and optimally unfolding the potential of teams and organizations.

Her expertise covers a wide range of topics, from developing sustainable human resources strategies and change management to fostering leadership competencies and innovative organizational structures.

Privately, Petra lives in Munich and the Saarland, where she values the proximity to family and friends. She enjoys using her passion for traveling to distant countries as a source of inspiration for an open perspective on people and cultures.

Holger Fink

Senior Advisor

Holger supports the management of TRUSTEQ GmbH in developing innovative and tailored solutions for our clients and ensuring their implementation with the right team. With over 30 years of experience in IT, management consulting, and the banking and insurance sectors, he brings in-depth knowledge of international large-scale project management, coaching, as well as offshore and nearshore delivery across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Holger studied Business Mathematics at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) and lives with his family in the Rhine-Main area. In his free time, he participates in various outdoor sports.

Dr. Johannes Bussmann

Senior Advisor

Dr. Johannes Bussmann is a strategy consultant for financial services companies. For more than 30 years, he served as a partner and managing director at international strategy consulting firms. Through his extensive project experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the structures and governance of banking groups, as well as the role of group companies. His areas of expertise include operations, IT, risk, and regulations.

As a Senior Advisor, he supports business development and client relations at TRUSTEQ.

Johannes lives with his wife in Munich and the south of France. He enjoys touring the mountains on his road bike, swimming, and running.
