TRUSTEQ aims to achieve complete climate neutrality by 2035. This is based on precise measurement of our environmental impact and a structured plan for the gradual reduction of emissions, resource consumption, and energy requirements.
Paper consumption within TRUSTEQ has been reduced by more than 80%.
Within TRUSTEQ, BEV vehicles are primarily used as company cars.
More than 90% of our customer meetings take place digitally, and when traveling, we choose the more environmentally friendly alternative.
We offer our employees subsidies for sports activities and daycare, opportunities to work from home, and flexible working hours.
To promote personal flexibility and environmental protection, we offer our employees a subsidy for the Deutschlandticket.
We regularly donate to social organizations, most recently with a Christmas donation at the end of 2025. The donation goals were “A Heart for Pensioners”.
To combat conflicts of interest and corruption, a code of conduct is currently being developed within TRUSTEQ.
We adhere to strict data protection guidelines to ensure the security of our data and IT infrastructure.
At TRUSTEQ, we value the diversity of our team. Our employees come from different backgrounds and speak nine languages, including Croatian, Chinese, Swedish, and Japanese. This linguistic and cultural diversity promotes a wide range of perspectives, creative solutions, and flexible responses to customer needs.
Our age distribution also reflects the breadth of our team. With ages ranging from 19 to 61 and an average age of 32.5, we combine young talent and experienced expertise to bring together dynamic and innovative approaches with proven expertise.
As a young and rapidly growing consulting firm, we are currently in the process of formalizing our ESG structures and systematically integrating them into the company. Even at this early stage, our commitment has been certified externally: TRUSTEQ has received the “Committed” badge from EcoVadis, an internationally recognized rating and assessment tool for sustainable business practices. This shows that we take sustainability seriously, measure progress, and are among the top 37%—and that's on our first attempt!
