ESG principles within TRUSTEQ

  • In the environmental responsibility area, TRUSTEQ has set itself the goal of being completely climate-neutral by 2035. To achieve this ambitious goal, we are developing a precise methodology for determining our current environmental impact and drawing up a comprehensive plan to gradually reduce our emissions. In doing so, we are focusing on effective measures to reduce our CO₂ emissions and resource consumption and to improve our energy efficiency.

  • In the area of social responsibility, we attach great importance to an inclusive and diverse working environment that promotes the health and well-being of our employees. This includes not only health-promoting programs, but also flexible working time models that contribute to the quality of life of our teams.  

  • When it comes to ethical corporate governance, we focus on transparency and fairness. By adhering to strict guidelines and ethical standards, we create an atmosphere of integrity and trust that benefits both our employees and our customers.

At TRUSTEQ, we value the cultural diversity of our team, which enriches the way we work and helps us to deliver innovative and effective solutions for our customers. Therefore, we place a high value on cultural diversity, which is reflected in the languages and locations of our team members. Our team speaks a total of nine different languages: Italian, Spanish, French, English, German, Croatian, Chinese, Swedish and Japanese. This linguistic diversity enables us to communicate and operate effectively on a global level. Our employees represent the most diverse regions and cultural backgrounds in Europe. This geographical spread brings a wide range of perspectives to our company, which helps us to develop creative solutions and respond flexibly to customer needs.

Our age distribution reflects the diversity of our team, which ranges from young graduates to experienced professionals. The age range of our employees is between 19 and 61 years, with an average age of 32.5 years. This mix of young talent and experienced professionals allows us to combine dynamic and innovative approaches with proven expertise. This combination is crucial to our ability to develop flexible and effective solutions to the diverse challenges our clients face.

Ethical corporate governance is a core component of our governance strategy. An important building block in our efforts to maintain high ethical standards is the introduction of a code of conduct for our managers. This code is not only intended to ensure the integrity of our business processes, but also to serve as a guide to promote transparent and fair decision-making across all levels. These measures strengthen the trust of our stakeholders and underline our commitment to responsible corporate governance.
