Paper consumption within TRUSTEQ has been reduced by more than 80%.
Within TRUSTEQ, BEV vehicles are primarily used as company cars.
More than 90% of our customer meetings take place digitally, and when traveling, we choose the more environmentally friendly alternative.
We offer our employees subsidies for sports activities, daycare, a Germany-wide rail pass, and opportunities for working from home and flexible working hours.

Our age distribution also reflects the breadth of our team. With an age range of 19 to 61 and an average age of 32.5 years, we combine young talent and experienced expertise to blend dynamic and innovative approaches with proven professional knowledge.
As a young and rapidly growing consulting firm, we are currently in the process of formalizing our ESG structures and systematically integrating them into the company. Even at this early stage, our commitment has been certified externally: TRUSTEQ has received the “Committed” badge from EcoVadis, an internationally recognized rating and assessment tool for sustainable business practices. This shows that we take sustainability seriously, measure progress, and are among the top 37%—and that's on our first attempt!
