Combined CxO expertise for strategic decisions

The TRUSTEQ Advisory Board

TRUSTEQ Advisory Board

Inspiration and motivation for founding the company

The establishment of our Advisory Board was primarily driven by the need to obtain valuable feedback from experienced individuals who can point out potential weaknesses and challenge us. This critical perspective is invaluable to us in driving continuous improvement within our company.

TRUSTEQ GmbH has grown significantly over the past year, and our processes and strategic orientation have continued to evolve. Given this dynamism and innovative strength, it is crucial to anchor growth and sustainability at the core of our strategy in order to continue operating successfully. To ensure this, we have established the TRUSTEQ Advisory Board. As a strategic control and advisory body, this advisory board will provide valuable external input and support TRUSTEQ's decision-making at the highest level.

Our overarching goal is to use sound expertise to optimise our decisions, promote innovation in a targeted manner and thus secure our long-term business success.

Inspired by the positive experiences of many company founders and after thorough consideration, we decided this year to take this important strategic step. In addition to technical expertise, expanding our network and strengthening our external perception also play an important role.

Objectives and tasks of the TRUSTEQ Advisory Board

The selection of advisory board members

Our advisory board members were selected according to clear criteria: we wanted experts at our side who have in-depth knowledge of our consulting fields and, at the same time, possess outstanding expertise in strategic development issues. With their enriching life experience, our advisory board members will encourage us to engage in critical self-reflection and draw our attention to untapped potential and forward-looking opportunities for optimisation.

Meeting of the TRUSTEQ Advisory Board

The advisory board meets three times a year, in February, June and October, to discuss TRUSTEQ's key issues and make joint decisions. This structured cadence enables us to reflect on and adjust strategic decisions in a timely manner.

The first meeting served as an opportunity to get to know each other and understand our goals. Together, we laid the foundation for a trusting working relationship and defined the working mode for future collaboration. This initial exchange was essential for developing a common understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing TRUSTEQ.

Regular meetings focus on core strategic issues, such as the acquisition and development of our (new) customer projects, relevant market trends, general market tendencies, main risks and corresponding measures.

Dr. Christian Bielefeld

Head of Advisory Board

Dr. Christian Bielefeld brings over 25 years of experience in senior positions, including as a member of the executive board at the VHV Group and the SIGNAL IDUNA Group, and as a partner at McKinsey. We are delighted to have found the ideal candidate for the position of chairman in him. His focus on end-to-end perspectives and the optimization of the “magic triangle” of growth, productivity, and cost management has had a significant impact on the transformation of numerous companies.

Christian lives with his family in the northern Ruhr area. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to discover new countries and participating in sports. He is also fascinated by historic “combustion engine” cars and mechanical watches.

"As Chairman of the Advisory Board, my focus is on challenging and supporting management in strategic decisions in a spirit of partnership. With my experience as a CxO, I look forward to assisting TRUSTEQ in the strategic expansion of its core competencies and brand."
