The customer story behind the award: How we built the Cloud Ordering Assistant for Allianz

TRUSTEQ Best of Consulting

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Best of Consulting Award by WirtschaftsWoche in the category Financial Services — for a production AI use case we delivered together with our client, Allianz. The Cloud Ordering Assistant, a multi-agent system built on Anthropic's Claude models, shows how innovative technical solutions combined with strong teamwork generate real and sustainable value.

The Cloud Ordering Assistant

Together with our client, we developed the Cloud Ordering Assistant — a multi-agent AI tool that fundamentally simplifies infrastructure provisioning. With this new AI-powered system, cloud customers are guided through ordering the cloud resources they need for developing cloud-based applications: the assistant interprets the request, recommends suitable resources, pre-fills the configuration, and validates it before the order is placed. This AI-supported workflow achieves significant time savings compared to the previous, largely manual process.

The client and the challenge

With cloud usage growing rapidly and a broad catalogue of infrastructure products, ordering cloud resources required manually authoring complex configuration files across five or more disconnected systems. This demanded deep cloud-native expertise, while the relevant documentation was scattered across multiple internal knowledge bases — resulting in long lead times, frequent misconfigurations, and a heavy support load on the platform teams.

The solution

TRUSTEQ designed and delivered a production multi-agent system built on Anthropic's Claude models. A supervisor agent interprets each request in natural language and routes it to specialized agents for recommendation, configuration, knowledge retrieval (Q&A), dependency checking, and validation. A Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer consolidates the previously fragmented documentation, so users receive precise, context-aware answers within a guided, self-service ordering workflow — turning a highly technical task into a simple conversation.TRUSTEQ owned the engagement end-to-end: requirements analysis, solution architecture, development and integration, go-live, and enablement of the business teams via a co-creation approach.

Measurable results in production

Why it matters

This project illustrates how AI becomes a real game changer, especially in complex environments — and how agentic systems built on Claude can secure competitive advantages that are both long-term and sustainable. TRUSTEQ realized the multi-agent system across the entire lifecycle, from requirements analysis and use-case exploration through to a successful production go-live.

This project is special because it is one of our first projects in which we realized a multi-agent system across the entire lifecycle – from requirements analysis and use-case exploration to successful go-live.

A strong track record

With more than 40 AI projects successfully deployed in production, TRUSTEQ has proven that it can guide and realize ideas from inception to practical application — together with its partners and clients.

We were entrusted by someone willing to take a risk by assigning us this topic. We put together a team that was fully aware of this responsibility, and together with the client, we delivered. That’s why we won the award, and we’re very, very proud of that.
