I chose TRUSTEQ because I wanted a dynamic and young work environment. From day one, I was able to jump right in and was given responsibility for tasks and work packages. Additionally, you have the opportunity to gain experience not only in external projects but also by taking on internal responsibilities. My first impression of TRUSTEQ was that everyone gave me a warm welcome and immediately made me feel part of the team. I was assigned a buddy who explained everything in detail and supported me in every situation during my first few days. The onboarding process went very smoothly—I had access to everything right away, knew which project I was on, and understood what my tasks would be. I'm excited about the upcoming projects and looking forward to taking on more responsibility.
