Today’s focus: our sustainability initiatives across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions. TRUSTEQ’s ESG-consulting services are already integral to our portfolio. Social Responsibility- Our focus is on cultivating an inclusive, diverse, and health-promoting workplace. We actively foster inclusion and support employee well-being by offering wellness programs and flexible working models.

  • Paperless Office: TRUSTEQ has reduced paper usage by more than 80%.
  • Energy Efficiency: By relocating to a modern office in July 2024, we’ve reduced our energy consumption by 20%.
  • Local Emission-Free Fleet: TRUSTEQ primarily utilizes BEV vehicles as company cars.
  • CO₂ Reduction in Business Travel: Over 90% of our client meetings are held digitally, and for necessary travel, we choose the environmentally friendly option.
  • Sustainable Materials: Our merchandise is made entirely from eco-friendly materials.
  • Sustainable IT Equipment: Our team uses Grade A-refurbished laptops.

  • DEI in Consulting Projects: TRUSTEQ offers a range of Diversity, equity and Inclusion- consulting services (e.g., employee surveys, Concept Challenger workshops, DE&I status analysis) that are implemented in active client projects.
  • DEI within Our Team: We actively support a diversity of age groups, career paths, educational backgrounds, and cultural backgrounds within the TRUSTEQ team.
  • Employee Wellness: We provide subsidies for fitness options, remote work possibilities, and flexible work hours.
  • Deutschlandticket Subsidy: To support personal flexibility and environmental conservation, we subsidise the Deutschlandticket for our employees.

  • TRUSTEQ Code of Conduct: We are developing a code of conduct to address conflicts of interest and corruption within TRUSTEQ.
  • Data Privacy and IT Security: We adhere to strict data protection guidelines to ensure the security of our data and IT infrastructure.
