We are excited to announce that TRUSTEQ has received the Great Place to Work® certification!
The certification program “Great Place to Work® Certified” by the international research and consulting institute of the same name stands for exceptional commitment to shaping workplace culture and is awarded through a validated process. Key components include independent, anonymous employee feedback and the analysis of HR initiatives and programs.
In an anonymous survey, all TRUSTEES were asked to rate TRUSTEQ across 60 categories. Here are the key results:

A perfect score of 100% in the category of fairness particularly stands out. The equal treatment of all TRUSTEEs is at the core of our company philosophy. We are pleased to see that our efforts in this area are reflected in the results of the anonymous survey.
The fact that TRUSTEEs are not only satisfied with aspects of fairness is reflected in the average score across all 60 surveyed categories. An average satisfaction rate of 94% is the result of our comprehensive efforts to promote employee satisfaction.
