What does the Top Company seal mean?
The Top Company award is granted by kununu, one of the most relevant professional employer review platforms, where employees can rate their employer anonymously and free of charge. More and more employees say they rely on kununu reviews when looking for a job and regularly submit reviews themselves.
Every year, the most popular employers are selected on the basis of the reviews received and awarded a corresponding seal. This requires both a consistently outstanding rating score and outstanding new reviews over the past 12 months. Towards the end of the year, kununu determines which companies qualify as a Top Company based on these criteria and awards them the title for the following year.
